You’re in good hands with our expert care and gentle orthodontic services. All new patients will be emailed onboarding forms to read over and complete before arriving to our office. To make it easy for our patients, we accept multiple payment types and offer easy financing options. We work with many different insurance providers to ensure that your orthodontic care is covered and not a financial strain.
Our new patients will be blown away by the advanced services and family-friendly care they receive from our office. We are fully computerized and nearly paperless in both our clinical and clerical areas. This makes it easy for all of our clients to obtain their diagnostic records and photography. We also use a large touch screen digitized smart board to facilitate treatment planning and patient communication.
How to become a new patient:
Before beginning your treatment, we’ll discuss treatment fees, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements in detail. We utilize OrthoFi to offer customizable payment options: zero interest financing, a discount for payment in-full at the start of the treatment, a larger initial payment and lower monthly payments, or payments paid during the treatment period.
